After this period, or once production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Customer Ordered Wrong Size

All items are made-to-order.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made by customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

Although uncommon, if you receive:

Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Apparel items such as T-shirts and Flag are typically shipped together from the same production facility.

Decals and Handmade items may also ship together if produced at the same location.

Orders containing products from different categories (for example, a T-shirt and a Decal) may be shipped separately. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

We appreciate your understanding if packages arrive at different times.
