What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit/credit cards.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time) excluding U.S. postal holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on demand and destination.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at:

within 2 hours after placing your order.
Please use the email subject line:

“Shipping Address Change”

Once the order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.


How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package online.


How do I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at:

Since our products are made-to-order, changes requested after 2 hours cannot be guaranteed.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.


What is your return & refund policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us.

You may request a return within 15 days after receiving your package under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

We provide support in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged products during shipping

If your product has an issue, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery with photos or videos for assistance.

Refunds are issued only for incorrect or damaged items after verification.


How do I return an item?

Because our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns or refunds when there is a major issue, including:

  • Wrong design compared to the order
  • Product significantly different from description
  • Defective or damaged items caused by production or carrier
  • Order delivered to the wrong address

Please contact customer support before returning any item.


Why has my tracking status not been updated?

Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed. This does not mean your package is not moving.

Possible reasons include:

  • Delay between carrier scans and system updates
  • Package not scanned until reaching a regional hub
  • No updates while the package is in transit

Tracking information normally updates within a few days after shipment.
